Practice:
In this module, we will explore a yoga approach that honors the body's organic, free, and expansive movement. Our practices are designed to awaken inner wisdom, allowing each movement to emerge naturally from a connection with the breath and deep listening to the body.
Rather than following a form, we seek to inhabit it from a place of authenticity, opening ourselves to flow, expansion, and presence.
